Kid Tested Whole plant/Vegetable focused Meals for the Whole Family

Feel free to use these recipes as is or you may modify them to suite your family's unique taste and vegetable availability.

Most important rule of thumb is: for every carb base such as rice or potatoes or pasta or bread, you should have a equal amount of other whole vegetables - 1:1. This way, you'll never overdo the carbs.

​

Ps. Over-eating these delicious meals only causes my kids to skip the next meal; they just don't get hungry when it's time for the next meal. Coming back for seconds and thirds is a win win.
