Kids Can Cook Too Ramen Noodles

Kids love ramen noodles. Why not teach them to cook and eat it in a healthy fashion.

Ingredients:

Ramen noodles (made with simple ingredients and/or organic if possible)

Prepare and set aside per manufacturers instructions.

Use any veggies you have. We prefer:

Spinach, broccoli, mushrooms, onions. Sometimes we do all broccoli, and sometimes we do all spinach. Sometimes we combine then all.

2 tsp extra virgin olive oil (optional)

1 cup water

​

Cook the veggies and oil a separate pot with about 1 cup of water. Flavor with soy sauce or other favorites. Simmer until veggies are tender (spinach cooks almost immediately).

​

Mix with cooked noodles. Enjoy.
